Please reserve appointments by calling (970)245-4100. Most services require a credit card to confirm appointments. Please notify the concierge of any allergies, high blood pressure, pregnancy or any medical concerns.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to Salon services and 20-30 minutes prior to Spa services. We recommend showering before all treatments including massage. Lockers, robes, sandles, and toiletries are provided. However, we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal items.

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled appointments. All appointments will need to end on time so as not to inconvenience the next client.

Services require a 24 hour advance notice for cancellation or we must bill you for the service.

Gratuity is not included in the price of the service. Proper etiquette calls for a 15-20% gratuity. For your privacy and convenience we suggest that you add your gratuity to your account or ticket when checking out at the front desk, or by adding gratuity when purchasing Gift Certificates online.
